1. Information We Collect
Purchase Information — When you purchase a StoreShift license through our store (powered by LemonSqueezy), we collect your name and email address, payment information (processed securely by LemonSqueezy — we do not store card details), and your license key and associated purchase details.
Support Requests — When you submit a support ticket through the StoreShift plugin, we collect your license key and tier, your site URL and plugin version, and the subject and body of your support message.
Website Analytics — We may collect anonymized usage data on storeshift.io (page views, referral sources) to improve our website. This data is not linked to individual users.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to deliver and validate your software license, provide customer support, send transactional emails (license delivery, support acknowledgements), and improve StoreShift and storeshift.io.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
StoreShift relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

License and purchase data is retained for as long as your license is active and for up to 3 years after expiry for accounting purposes. Support ticket data is retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@storeshift.io.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and secure transmission (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and opt out of non-transactional communications. Contact us at support@storeshift.io to exercise any of these rights.
7. Children's Privacy
StoreShift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
