These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of StoreShift software products sold by Will Power Technology LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using StoreShift, you agree to these Terms.
1. About StoreShift
StoreShift is a WordPress plugin that assists in migrating store data from Shopify to WooCommerce. It is sold as a one-time software license. We do not offer 1:1 migration services, custom development, or any other professional services through this platform.
2. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StoreShift on the number of sites permitted by your license tier:
| Tier | Sites |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 site |
| Starter | 1 site |
| Pro | 3 sites |
| Agency | Unlimited sites |
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key with others.
3. One-Time Payment
All StoreShift licenses are sold as one-time payments. There are no recurring charges. You will not be billed again after your initial purchase.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window on all paid licenses. To qualify for a refund, StoreShift must not be performing as described and our support team must have been unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable attempt.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase
- The plugin has been used to successfully complete a migration on any site
- No support request was submitted prior to the refund request
To request a refund, contact us at support@storeshift.io with your order details and a description of the issue.
5. Software Updates
Paid license holders receive access to software updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the plugin will continue to function but updates will require a license renewal.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
StoreShift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every hosting environment or third-party plugin configuration.
You are solely responsible for backing up your store data before running any migration, testing in a staging environment before going live, and verifying the accuracy of migrated data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Will Power Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use StoreShift to migrate data you do not own or have authorization to migrate, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the plugin.
9. Intellectual Property
